Christopher: Agreed! Yet folks can't help their names, I suppose. I would have liked to have been a fly on the wall the night the Gross Bros. bit the bullet and decided to name the restaurant after themselves, come hell or high water. Surely, someone considered an alternative.
I love the shot of the entire staff, some probably called in on their days off, just for the photograph.
I think I would've tried to find a different name for my restaurant. Seems like a tough sell. :^)
